For $299.00, we will send one of our trained crews to repair and re-set tiles, so your roof can continue performing at its best!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?



Repair cracked or broken tiles.

• Our crew will glue back together any cracked tiles using a 2-part foam adhesive and clear polyurethane solar sealant caulking. This secures them back into their proper place.
• Re-set slid tiles.
• If any tiles have slid out of place, we will use the same 2-part foam adhesive to set the tiles back in place.
• Replace un-repairable or missing tiles.
• Some tiles may be beyond repair and need to be replaced. If you have spare tiles, each tile will cost $5.00.
• If you don’t have spare tiles, we will have to source replacement tiles. These tiles will cost $15.00 each due to material and sourcing costs.
