Maintaining a roof over its lifetime is incredibly important. That is why we created the Why Worry Quick Fix!

For $399.00, we will send one of our trained crews to repair and re-set tiles, so your roof can continue performing at its best!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

1. Walk the entire roof and repair cracked or broken tiles using a 2-part foam and clear polyurethane adhesive.
2. Reset loose and sliding tiles throughout with a 2-part foam adhesive.
3. Replace up to 20 shattered, unrepairable, or missing tiles: *Only when the homeowner has spare tiles readily available.

Additional Costs:

If replacement tiles are unavailable, we can attempt to source roof tiles for an additional fee of $200.00 plus $20.00 per tile sourced. We will source tiles as close to ‘like and kind’ as possible. Depending on the roof's age and type of tile, the sourcing lead time will vary.

Once finalized, you will receive a paid-in-full invoice and a link to access the pictures.
